Improving wellbeing in the workplace has a profound impact on your revenue, employee performance and your employees’ experience. We need to know how to deal with stress at work, to reap the benefits of having a successful company.
There are times in the workplace when things just get too much for us. Your manager rubs you up the wrong way, your employee doesn’t listen to your instructions, your supplier misses the deadline, your co-worker is super lazy and you wish you could change them.
The reality is, we cannot change other people, but we can change ourselves and our outlook on situations.
Imagine your colleague really got your back up and you didn’t react, you stayed really calm and you found the strength to just ‘let it go’. Now you may be sat here thinking, her head is in the clouds and this is not always possible, as some people just frustrate us.
However, I want to reassure you and tell you that it is possible. Work stress can be managed and you can learn how to deal with stress at work.
I have been studying human behaviour and psychology for over 10 years with a huge passion for helping people improve their experiences in the Workplace to improve morale, save on healthcare costs and make going to work more enjoyable. If we enjoy going to work, there is a good flow of energy and we can all handle situations better – essentially we will perform better and with high performance comes more profit.
Sounds good, doesn’t it?
I help employees, managers, supervisors and anyone else working in the workplace, manage any work-related stress. I do this by providing you with a toolbox of techniques for when things go wrong and teach you how to deal with stress at work. I use a specific technique which is a combination of modern psychology and Chinese medicine.
This technique is only around 30 years old, which is still fairly new. Thousands of studies have been done on this technique to prove its success and millions of people are using this technique worldwide with profound results. That tight feeling in your chest, the knots in your stomach before a meeting – gone within minutes of using this technique! I have also used this technique for my own personal use, to overcome phobias, stress and I have taught myself to get a real handle on life.
The technique is called EFT aka “Emotional Freedom Technique” or “Tapping”.
Whether you are a Business Owner, Manager or Employee I can come into your office or workplace, work directly with your employees on a 1 to 1 basis, or work within a small group. If I am not local to you, I can work over Skype or alternatively I can travel and provide training courses for your team. If you would like to work on a 1 to 1 basis, but would like our work to be kept confidential, you may also travel to my office to work directly with myself in a safe environment.
Please be aware that EFT is a much faster approach than other techniques you may come across. For example, if you required 12 counselling sessions, with my wellbeing sessions and EFT, you may only require 2-3.
These sessions are held at my office, at your workplace or over Skype.
