Our daily rate is between £360 - £550 per day. However, we do like to offer fixed costs where we can so that our Clients know exactly what they are paying for. We have different packages to suit different budgets. Our Training Days are the most cost effective way to improve Customer Experience and start at £395 + VAT. We also have various different packages, depending on your end goal and how much time you have. We can also create tailor-made quotes for you, if you have specific needs or requirements.
We don't have set working hours, generally we work between the hours of 9-5pm, Monday to Friday. The answer is we work when we need to. So if that means getting up earlier, or working slightly later - we will do that.
We are available between 9am - 5pm for phone calls or emails. If we do not answer straight away, it is because we are either in a meeting, on another call or working on a another project - but we will always try to come back to you the same day. Emails are checked twice daily, usually morning and late afternoon. Our mobiles are switched off when busy working on a project, to give your project the full attention it deserves.
Certainly! You are welcome to visit my office, you just need to arrange an appointment. Due to how busy we are as a team, every hour is very important to us and we like to give Clients the most value for money, therefore meetings outside of the office are charged at £120 + VAT per hour.
I accept PayPal and direct bank transfer. I do not accept cheques.
All payments must be made in advance. However, in some circumstances, milestone payments can be agreed.
Depending on the job in which you hire myself the team for will depend on the deliverables you will receive. When you start working with myself, you will receive a proposal which will outline your job specification, but most importantly what you will receive upon completion.
